Job Description

We are seeking a commercially focused and dynamic leader to head up our Field Sales Team EUC.

This position will play a key role in driving sales growth and building partnerships across Europe Central, while also contributing to the Sales Leadership Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the German, Austrian, and Swiss field sales teams, comprising 18 employees, and the field sales management team of 3 employees.
  • Oversee the execution of strategic priorities in brick-and-mortar channels, ensuring excellence and growth.
  • Drive transformation in ways of working and tools, fostering a high-performing and engaged team.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with key retailers, leveraging the field force to reach more customers.
Requirements
  • Proven sales and sales leadership experience, with a track record of driving sales growth.
  • Fluent German and English language skills are essential.
  • Experience working for a leading consumer goods company is a plus.
  • Curiosity and a willingness to learn, with a broader perspective on international work and/or study experience.
