Senior Business Development Manager for Influencer Networks and Agencies

We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to support the growth of the Amazon Influencer Program in Europe.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing and nurturing strategic partnerships with influencer networks, agencies, and platforms to drive scaled recruitment and engagement of creators in our program.
The primary objective is to amplify the visibility and awareness of our program in the creator industry through collaborative efforts with third-party partners.
The successful candidate will be a business development manager with experience in performance marketing and a strong interest in the social media landscape.
Key responsibilities include identifying and engaging with key influencer networks, agencies, and platforms across Europe, driving scaled recruitment and engagement of creators, and utilizing data-driven analytical approaches to prioritize opportunities and assess business impact.
The preferred location for this role is London, but we also accept candidates from Munich, Milan, or Madrid.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with influencer networks, agencies, and platforms across Europe.
- Drive scaled recruitment and engagement of creators in our program.
- Utilize data-driven analytical approaches to prioritize opportunities and assess business impact.
- Define and implement incentive plans and commission structures for partners.
- Lead cross-functional projects aimed at advancing best practice sharing and process refinement.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience with business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business.
- Experience in developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements.
- Experience in setting up and managing a sales pipeline.
- Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations.
- 6+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a related field.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience influencing multiple stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams.
- Experience working with technical and product stakeholders to define requirements and prioritize features.
- Experience in online sales or high-tech products/services.
- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software.
