Senior Business Development Manager

Bei PAIR Finance revolutionieren wir die digitale Inkassobranche seit 2016 und sind mittlerweile in sieben europäischen Ländern aktiv. Wir nutzen künstliche Intelligenz, um die Situation unserer Schuldner individuell zu beurteilen und vollautomatisiert, aber persönlich, zu kontaktieren. Dadurch erreichen wir höhere Rückzahlungsquoten, ohne die Beziehung zwischen Schuldner und Mandanten zu belasten.
Wir suchen einen erfahrenden B2B-Vertriebsprofi mit Leidenschaft für die Akquise von neuen Mandanten, um unser Business Development Team ab Q1 2025 als Senior Business Development Manager (m/w/d) bei der weiteren erfolgreichen Positionierung von PAIR Finance auf dem deutschen Markt zu unterstützen.
Was du bei uns bewegen kannst:
- Identifikation, Akquise und Entwicklung von potenziellen B2B-Mandanten mit dem Ziel, langfristige und solide Geschäftsbeziehungen aufzubauen.
- Durchführung von Markt- und Trendanalysen sowie proaktive Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung des Geschäftsmodells und des Business Developments.
- Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Pitches und Präsentationen für unsere potenziellen Mandanten.
- Du fungierst als Ansprechperson für unsere potenziellen Mandanten und leistest damit einen aktiven Beitrag zum Erfolg des Teams.
- Enge Zusammenarbeit und regelmäßiger Informationsaustausch mit dem Management Team.
- Repräsentation von PAIR Finance auf Messen, Ausstellungen und anderen Veranstaltungen.
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im B2B-Vertrieb oder in der Geschäftsentwicklung, idealerweise in einem FinTech, InsureTech, Inkasso oder LegalTech.
- Die Fähigkeit, ein deutliches Umsatzwachstum voranzutreiben, und die Leidenschaft, in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld mitzuwirken.
- Technische Affinität, welches es dir ermöglicht, Leads und potentielle Mandanten unseren technologiebasierten Service zu erklären.
- Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse und Spaß an der Arbeit mit neuen Technologien wie z.B. KI.
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift werden vorausgesetzt.
