Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Senior Manager für Business Development, der sich auf Consumer und Merchant Payments spezialisiert hat. In dieser Rolle werden Sie die Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Strategien für den weiteren Aufbau und die Entwicklung unseres Geschäftsfeldes Consumer Merchant Payments (CMP) verantworten.

Was bringen Sie mit?

Als erfahrener Senior Manager für Business Development bringen Sie eine Vielzahl von Fähigkeiten und Erfahrungen mit, darunter:

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaft, (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Mathematik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit anschließender Berufserfahrung inklusive Projektmanagement und/oder Consulting

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Zahlungsverkehr der Karten und anderer Formen der CMPs in E-Commerce und POS

• Kenntnisse in den Regelwerken für CMPs wie PCI/DSS, ZAG, ZAIT, MaRisk, PSD2, PSD3, PSR, DORA

• Kenntnisse in fachlichen Themen wie Issuing, Acquiring, SCA, Autorisierung, Co-Badging, Tokenisierung, O2C usw.

• IT-Affinität, analytische Fähigkeiten, Thought Leadership sowie Berufserfahrung im Business Development

• Kommunikationsstärke, Moderations talent, Teamfähigkeit sowie Flexibilität und Reisebereitschaft

• Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
