About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Manager to oversee the smooth operation of our Munich office.

This individual will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless employee onboarding, efficient office management, and coordination of company events. Key responsibilities include managing mail, maintaining office organization, coordinating lunches and events, and fostering a positive work environment.

In this position, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing the company events calendar to ensure timely coordination and execution of activities
  • Overseeing the employee onboarding process to provide a positive and seamless experience for new hires
  • Handling office management duties, including supply maintenance and ensuring an organized, efficient workspace
  • Coordinating company lunches and office events to promote team cohesion and morale
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for building management, addressing facility-related issues or communications
  • Developing initiatives to boost employee engagement and create a positive workplace culture
Your Profile

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Manager or in a similar administrative role
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with strong ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to handle professional interactions with discretion and tact
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and experience with calendar management tools
  • Ability to coordinate and manage events, including company lunches and office gatherings
  • Experience arranging travel and logistics for senior executives
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with experience managing office facilities and acting as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Fluent in both German and English
