About the Role

As an Administrative Operations Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless day-to-day office operations and contributing to a positive employee experience. Our company is seeking an experienced professional to manage various administrative tasks, serve as the primary point of contact for building management, and coordinate company events.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional organisational skills, be proficient in MS Office suite, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluency in both German and English is also required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the company events calendar, ensuring timely coordination and smooth execution of all activities
  • Oversee the employee onboarding process, ensuring a positive and seamless experience for new hires
  • Handle office management duties, including maintaining supplies and ensuring a well-organised, efficient office environment
  • Coordinate company lunches and office events to foster team cohesion and enhance morale
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for building management, addressing any facility-related issues or communications
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills with a strong ability to prioritise tasks efficiently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to handle professional interactions with discretion and tact
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and experience with calendar management tools
  • Ability to coordinate and manage events, including company lunches and office gatherings

Please note that eligibility to work within the EU is required.
