Deine Aufgaben:
  • Entwickle und implementiere Strategien für die Datenqualität und -governance
  • Führe deine Mitarbeiter*innen fachlich, persönlich und disziplinarisch an
  • Kooperiere mit anderen Abteilungen, um unsere Datenqualität zu verbessern
  • Überwache und verbessere unsere Datenarchitektur und -prozesse
  • Vertrittst und präsentierst unsere Data Quality-Abteilung in der ING Gruppe
Deine Qualifikationen:
  • Studium der Betriebswirtschaft, (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Erfahrung in der Führung und Entwicklung von Mitarbeitenden sowie in der Projektarbeit
  • Praxis im Datenmanagement, vor allem Data Quality Management
  • IT-Affinität und Grundkenntnisse in Datenarchitektur
  • Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung, ziel-, lösungs- und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
