Job Title: Lead Data Management

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Data Management professional to join our Business Transformation Program at KION Group's Frankfurt Headquarter.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Procurement Data Cluster's strategy, objectives, and implementation. This includes owning the data objects definition, providing functional expertise, and overseeing Data Quality Management activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement the Procurement Data Cluster's strategy and objectives.
  • Lead and mentor the Data Owners in the cluster.
  • Define data models, governance, processes, harmonization, and data quality rules.
  • Oversee Data Quality Management activities and provide guidance on prioritization and metrics.
  • Review data migration reports and recommend corrective action if necessary.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in business administration, business informatics, engineering, or comparable studies.
  • Several years of professional experience, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Relevant experience in Master Data Management, preferably in a technical and commercial context.
  • Excellent analytical skills, problem-solving competence, and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English and ability to communicate with senior-level management in an international and intercultural environment.
