Business Development Associate

Ambio is accelerating the transition to sustainable materials. Our mission is to help brands and manufacturers procure recycled plastics, offering a vast array of sustainable material options through a single point of contact.
Key Responsibilities- Identify high-potential leads in Germany's plastics industry, focusing on companies that can benefit from Ambio's sustainable solutions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead information in the CRM system, ensuring seamless collaboration with the sales team.
- Support the sales team in developing tailored outreach strategies and assist in initial client interactions, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the supply team to source, fulfill, and establish supplier partnerships in the German market, driving business growth and expansion.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive moves, and market developments to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and German is essential, with proficiency in Polish, Italian, or French being an added advantage.
- Research and analytical skills: Conduct detailed online research and analyze data effectively to identify valuable leads and optimize sales strategies.
- Proactivity and curiosity: A proactive self-starter with a strong interest in uncovering new leads and staying current on industry news, always looking for innovative solutions.
- Attention to detail: Exceptional accuracy in tracking and documenting information to ensure data quality and support informed decision-making.
- B2B sales experience: Background in B2B sales is an asset, providing insight into market dynamics and the ability to spot high-value leads for Ambio's Germany outreach.
A challenging and rewarding role with opportunities for professional growth and development, as well as a competitive salary, estimated to be €45,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
