Regional Business Development Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Business Development Manager to join our team at GEODIS. The successful candidate will be responsible for building new business relationships and developing existing ones to drive growth in Contract Logistics across Europe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to increase awareness of GEODIS Contract Logistics services among potential customers.
  • Lead tenders in various vertical markets to secure high-quality bids that meet customer needs.
  • Support countries in delivering business development targets and identify cross-selling opportunities.
  • Deliver personal sales targets to drive growth in Contract Logistics.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of professional experience in business development.
  • Experience with the contract logistics market, including customers and competitors.
  • A well-equipped sales toolbox, including a convincing attitude, outstanding negotiation skills, and a proactive approach to the market.
  • Outstanding skills in creating and presenting solutions and commercial proposals, thanks to your financial knowledge.
  • Ability to build internal and external networks by developing trust relationships.
  • Fluent in English, with additional European languages a plus.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time regular position, with a 100% working time.
