Regional Senior Business Development Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Senior Business Development Manager to join our team at GEODIS. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the European region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth and revenue in the European region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and expand existing ones.
  • Lead tenders and proposals to secure new business opportunities and expand existing ones.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business development targets and identify new opportunities for growth.
Requirements:
  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience in business development.
  • Deep knowledge of the European contract logistics market, including customers and competitors.
  • Proven track record of winning CL businesses, building high-quality pipelines, and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English, with additional European languages a plus.
