Regional Business Development Manager

We are seeking a skilled Regional Business Development Manager to join our team at Geodis Europe. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building new business relationships and developing existing ones to drive growth in Contract Logistics across Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to increase awareness of Geodis CL services among potential customers.
  • Lead tenders in various vertical markets to secure high-quality bids that meet customer needs.
  • Support countries in delivering business development targets and identify cross-selling opportunities.
  • Deliver personal sales targets to drive growth in Contract Logistics.

Requirements:

  • Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of professional experience in business development.
  • Experience with the contract logistics market, including customers and competitors.
  • Strong sales skills, including negotiation and presentation.
  • Ability to build internal and external networks.
  • Fluent in English, with additional European languages a plus.
