Regional Business Development Manager

We are seeking a skilled Regional Business Development Manager to join our team at Geodis Europe. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building new business relationships and developing existing ones to drive growth in Contract Logistics across Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies to increase awareness of Geodis CL services among potential customers.
- Lead tenders in various vertical markets to secure high-quality bids that meet customer needs.
- Support countries in delivering business development targets and identify cross-selling opportunities.
- Deliver personal sales targets to drive growth in Contract Logistics.
Requirements:
- Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 2-5 years of professional experience in business development.
- Experience with the contract logistics market, including customers and competitors.
- Strong sales skills, including negotiation and presentation.
- Ability to build internal and external networks.
- Fluent in English, with additional European languages a plus.
