As we broaden our OEM Marketing initiatives, we are on the lookout for a OEM Advertising Operations Manager (Remote) to enhance our clients' growth through the strategic oversight of our supply partners. This position is perfect for an individual with an entrepreneurial spirit, a customer-focused mindset, meticulous attention to detail, and a creative approach to growth.
You will play a pivotal role in developing our OEM department, with the potential to take complete ownership of the department in the future.
Key Responsibilities- OEM Partnership Development: Establish and nurture essential relationships with our supply partners. Grasp the unique characteristics of each OEM and their function in the mobile ecosystem to devise customized media strategies that amplify our clients' advertising efforts.
- Campaign Configuration & Enhancement: Oversee the entire setup of campaigns via MMPs (Adjust, AppsFlyer, Singular, Kochava) or third-party trackers, collaborating with supply partners to enhance performance and meet client objectives.
- Yield Optimization: Strategically distribute and optimize budgets across various OEM placements. Collaborate closely with supply partners to identify and predict inventory availability across different markets and campaigns.
- Performance Evaluation and Reporting: Continuously monitor and assess campaign performance metrics. Generate comprehensive reports that deliver actionable insights for ongoing optimization, shared weekly with clients and OEM partners.
- Collaborative Teamwork: Work alongside the Head of Growth and the Paid Acquisition team to align OEM campaign objectives with the overall business strategy. Participate in client discussions as necessary.
- 1–3 years of experience in mobile application marketing, advertising operations, or campaign management, with familiarity with OEM platforms (e.g., Xiaomi, Samsung, Appnext, Aura).
- Proficient in MMPs (Adjust, AppsFlyer, Singular, Kochava) and experienced in setting up trackers, postbacks, events, etc., for OEM platforms.
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities using Google Sheets or Excel, with experience in data visualization tools considered an advantage.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Strategic problem-solving ability with the capacity to navigate and address challenges in the dynamic OEM marketing landscape.
- Capability to work autonomously in a remote-first environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities with minimal oversight.
- Preferred: Direct experience in manual campaign optimization on any OEM platform.
