Key ResponsibilitiesYour role will include:
- Formulating both immediate and long-term strategies for global direct-to-consumer promotion of our offerings, aimed at achieving substantial channel expansion while monitoring and assessing performance.
- Analyzing data to transform insights into actionable strategies, overseeing the customer acquisition, engagement, and retention journey from conception to implementation.
- Identifying enhancements to the consumer onboarding experience.
- Enhancing our online presence and driving multi-channel customer growth.
- Establishing go-to-market strategies and product communication frameworks, creating marketing collateral that fosters adoption and revenue generation.
- Setting the vision and strategy for building and nurturing the marketing team, encouraging creativity and innovation for sustained growth.
- Leading our agency collaborations to ensure seamless partnerships.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Extensive experience in high-energy environments, such as leading startups, scaling businesses, or online marketing firms.
- A thorough understanding of:
- Digital and mobile marketing methodologies, including SEO/SEM.
- Conversion strategies, amplification techniques, and the economic impact of marketing investments.
- Branding and advertising principles.
- Creative approaches to growth hacking and product marketing.
- Expertise in data analysis, reporting, and strategic planning.
- A proven track record of translating business needs across various divisions and cultures.
- Strong copywriting and editing capabilities, along with a passion for leadership—someone who aspires to grow with the organization and enjoys collaborating with others, managing budgets, and making informed decisions.
- The willingness to take calculated risks, make decisions, experiment frequently, learn from both successes and failures, and delegate successful initiatives.
- Fluency in English (minimum C1-C2 level).
