Key Responsibilities
As a Marketing Operations Manager at Beamery, you will oversee the day-to-day administration of the Marketo platform, ensuring it is configured optimally for the organization's needs. You will implement and maintain marketing automation best practices, including lead scoring, email nurturing, audience segmentation, and program builds across marketing channels.
You will design, execute, and analyze multi-channel marketing campaigns using Marketo to generate leads and drive engagement. You will collaborate with marketing teams to develop automated workflows and processes to improve campaign efficiency.
Requirements
We are looking for a proven marketing operations professional with a focus on Marketo and SFDC. You should have in-depth knowledge of marketing automation principles and best practices. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions are essential.
Aptitude for understanding workflow processes and systems, excellent project management and organizational skills, and effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams are also required.
