Job Title: Territory Manager - Field Sales
We're seeking a seasoned sales leader to join our team as a Territory Manager for North Eastern Germany. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for driving business growth and leading a team of Field Sales Executives to achieve aggressive sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth, exceed revenue targets, and gain market share.
- Identify new market opportunities, untapped segments, and innovative approaches to gain a competitive edge.
- Monitor field sales performance, conduct regular reviews, and implement corrective actions to drive continuous improvement.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, partners, and merchants.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in a leadership role, with the skills to inspire, motivate, and cultivate a high-performing team that drives business growth and market disruption.
- Solid strategic acumen, adept at recognising and capitalising on new market opportunities for innovation and advantage.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal skills, and organisational prowess to foster robust relationships and influence stakeholders across all levels.
- Tech-savvy with a deep understanding of digital solutions and their impact on businesses.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel is required.
