Job Description
As the Territory Manager for North Eastern Germany, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to achieve aggressive sales targets and cultivating a hunger for success within your team.
Responsibilities:
- Guide, inspire, and empower a team of Field Sales Consultants to drive business growth and exceed revenue targets.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to gain market share and identify new market opportunities.
- Monitor field sales performance, conduct regular reviews, and implement corrective actions to drive continuous improvement.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, partners, and merchants.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in a leadership role with the skills to inspire, motivate, and cultivate a high-performing team.
- Solid strategic acumen, adept at recognising and capitalising on new market opportunities for innovation and advantage.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal skills, and organisational prowess to foster robust relationships and influence stakeholders across all levels.
- Tech-savvy with a deep understanding of digital solutions and their impact on businesses.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel is required.
