Senior Territory Manager, DACH

The Senior Territory Manager, DACH will be responsible for leading the content and creator business in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, as well as German-speaking streamers globally. This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a self-starter mentality who can thrive in an ambiguous environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading international teams, setting and exceeding personal, team, and organizational goals, and communicating effectively with senior and executive stakeholders internally and externally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee Twitch's content and creator business in DACH and German-speaking streamers globally.
- Implement long-term territory organization, content, and creator strategies in DACH, under the direction of Twitch leadership, with the intent to increase creator service levels, satisfaction, and income.
- Lead and implement cross-functional programs and initiatives related to creators in DACH and German-speaking streamers globally.
Requirements:
- Experience in leading international teams with a focus on setting and exceeding personal, team, and organizational goals.
- Eagerness to dive into details, find creative solutions, and take responsibility for projects.
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior and executive stakeholders internally and externally.
- Ability to manage and complete multiple projects and priorities at the same time within a rapidly changing environment.
