About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Partnership Manager to join our team at Hive Technologies GmbH. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our business partners and suppliers.

Your primary focus will be on evaluating and improving our operational value offering, collecting and analyzing data, and negotiating rates and service levels. You will also be responsible for managing our relations with business partners and suppliers, ensuring our customers' happiness, and shaping the vision of our partner program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and improve our operational value offering
  • Collect, analyze, and prepare data for pricing and performance KPIs
  • Negotiate rates, service levels, and track performance
  • Manage relationships with business partners and suppliers
  • Ensure customer happiness and shape the partner program vision
Requirements
  • Enthusiasm for expanding Hive's European footprint and iterating our value proposition
  • Data-driven decision-making skills, with SQL skills a plus
  • Empathetic team player with an entrepreneurial spirit and hands-on mentality
  • Curiosity to dive deep into partner relations, e-commerce operations, and build market knowledge
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
  • Spanish/Italian native, with fluent business English skills
  • Willingness to travel
