Job Role
The Sales Coordinator will act as one of the main interfaces between customers and various Navarino departments, in conjunction with 3 other internal interfaces. The overall goal is to simplify customer's communication with Navarino, faster response times, optimizing order executions and creating more efficient internal communication.
Responsibilities
- Acting as the first line of support for customer queries
- Preparation of Customer and/or order forms and circulation with rest of departments
- Fill in the End Customer offers
- Assisting collections by notifying them of any ongoing cases that may be affecting payments by customers
- Following up and making sure all customers have the necessary documentation for orders
- Investigating and resolving cases or escalating such cases when necessary
- Providing data and reports to sales team and customers
Requirements
- University degree or equivalent
- Native German speaker with fluency in written and spoken German
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Ability to work well in teams
- Excellent customer communication skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
- Good organization and coordination skills
- Agility in problem solving and taking initiative to secure excellent outcomes
