Welcome to Pandora EMEA Distribution Center GmbH, a logistics and distribution company of the Pandora Group based in Hamburg. Our Mission is to ship jewelry from our location in Hamburg to the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle communications via email and calls delivering proactive customer service and feedback to inquiries within promised response times.
  • Handle and resolve inquiries in a professional manner following established policies in different languages.
  • Ability to work independently, while having a strong team ethos with a can-do approach.
  • Understand the policies and customers' needs of the markets you support, and be able to flex these to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Experience in a customer-facing role would be an advantage – virtual or in-person.
  • High Motivation and Engagement.
  • You speak French at a native level and possess fluent verbal and written skills in English.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Resilience against stress and great teamworking skills.
  • Reliability and a strong Can-Do-Attitude.
  • You have basic knowledge of MS Office.
  • Working knowledge of Zendesk or Salesforce Service Cloud is desirable.
