Business Development Manager for Sustainable Revenue Growth in EMEA

We are a global and ethical company dedicated to providing energy-efficient solutions that make a real impact. Our Electrical Division is seeking a Business Development Manager to deliver sustainable revenue growth for MV assemblies portfolio in accordance with our goals in the EMEA Region.
Job Description- Develop large projects in target segments for MV products in Germany, building the pipeline and closing revenue according to growth plans.
- Clearly define the account strategy and penetration plan, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including key specifiers and consultants in the target segment.
- Demonstrate tenacity in meeting customer's requirements and influence both internally and externally to deliver an excellent service.
- Responsible for creating strong partner relationships for ongoing projects and identifying compliance and standards requirements for targeted countries/regions/segments.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (ideally Electrical Engineering) or equivalent experience.
- Ideal experience between 5-10 years in sales and business development, with a strong background in the utilities or renewables segment preferred.
- Commercial savvy, experience or knowledge in industry/application, previous major account selling experience required, and fluency in written and spoken English.
- Good organization, communication, and project management skills.

The estimated salary for this role is $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
