Job Description

As a Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for delivering sustainable revenue growth for our MV assemblies portfolio. You'll build credible market presence for our MV assembly products in utility and renewable markets, and develop large projects in target segments for MV products in Germany.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive account strategy and penetration plan to drive business growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including specifiers and consultants in the target segment
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, and develop effective plans to execute on them
  • Demonstrate tenacity in meeting customer requirements, and influence both internally and externally to deliver an excellent service
  • Responsible for creating strong partner relationships for ongoing projects
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in targeted countries, regions, and segments
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (ideally Electrical Engineering) or equivalent experience
  • At least 5-10 years of experience in sales and business development, with a strong background in the utilities or renewables segment
  • Commercial savvy, with experience or knowledge in industry applications
  • Previous major account selling experience required, with fluent written and spoken English skills
  • Strong organization, communication, and project management skills
