The Business Development Manager role plays a key part in this mission, responsible for delivering revenue growth and expanding our presence in utility and renewable markets.
Job Description- Develop large projects in target segments for MV products in Germany, focusing on building the pipeline and closing revenue according to growth plans.
- Define clear account strategies and penetration plans to drive business expansion.
- Buid strong relationships with key stakeholders, including specifiers and consultants in the target segment, to secure specification for major electrical projects.
- Demonstrate tenacity in meeting customer requirements, influencing both internally and externally to deliver an excellent service.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (ideally Electrical Engineering) or equivalent experience.
- 5-10 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in utilities or renewables.
- Commercial savvy and knowledge of industry applications.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
We offer a competitive benefits package, including a salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. You'll also enjoy challenging projects in a dynamic team, ongoing learning and development opportunities, and a commitment to promoting gender equality and diversity.
