About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our Institutional Sales team at ISS | Institutional Shareholder Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the ESG market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with institutional clients, leveraging your expertise in ESG research and solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with our product and marketing teams to develop targeted sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and other sales materials to clients and prospects.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in institutional sales, relationship management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of the ESG market and its trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Fluency in German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
