**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Sales Director to lead our team of Field Account Executives in Hamburg. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for empowering restaurants to simplify and scale their operations through our restaurant technology platform.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Coach and mentor your team to build a customer-first sales experience and showcase our platform to restaurateurs.
  • Develop and implement efficient prospecting, walk-in, and live demo strategies.
  • Lead your team in the field to generate interest in our platform through walk-ins and customized outreach.
  • Utilize Salesforce to report on forecasting, analyze conversion rates, and track Account Executive activity metrics.
  • Responsible for new business targets for your team.
  • Grow your territories by expanding our customer base and building your field sales team.
  • Partner cross-functionally with product, customer success, implementation, and other internal teams.

**Requirements**

  • Experience hiring, leading, and coaching a team of account executives.
  • Management of a full-cycle sales team from prospecting to closing.
  • Experience using Salesforce for reporting and forecasting.
  • Experience within SaaS, hospitality, or restaurants is a plus.
  • A passion for being in the field with your team and outbound sales experience is a must.
