Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant with minimal telephone duties. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our team, including data entry, document management, and other tasks as required.
- Process Coordination: Coordinate and manage administrative processes, including the collection and processing of relevant data.
- Document Preparation: Assist in the preparation of documents, including pfändungsbescheide, schriftverkehr, and other relevant documents.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Communication and Collaboration: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including gläubiger, gerichte, and other external partners.
- Minimal Telephone Duties: Handle minimal telephone calls, primarily for internal inquiries or to forward calls related to pfändungsangelegenheiten.
- Education and Qualifications: Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung or equivalent qualification.
- Experience and Skills: Experience in Büroadministration or Sachbearbeitung, preferably in the area of pfändung. Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
- Organizational and Time Management Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail, particularly when handling sensitive pfändungsbezogene information.
- Communication and Teamwork: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Language Skills: Good Deutschkenntnisse in Wort and Schrift.
- Certifications and Licenses: Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis ohne Einträge.
