Job Overview

ELA International GmbH is seeking an experienced Office and Administrative Assistant to join our team in Dusseldorf. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all ongoing office operations, serving as the main point of contact for housekeeping, technical teams, external suppliers, and vendors. Key responsibilities include greeting guests, coordinating agendas, travel arrangements, and appointments, as well as managing queries from internal staff members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all ongoing office operations, including housekeeping, technical support, and vendor management.
  • Welcome and greet guests, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Coordinate agendas, travel arrangements, and general appointments for the team.
  • Manage queries from internal staff members, ensuring timely and effective responses.
  • Provide staff members with necessary working materials and serve as the point of contact for ongoing matters.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of professional experience in Hospitality, Office Management, Administrative & Assistance, or similar fields.
  • Experience with MS Office and other systems is highly desirable.
  • Energetic, hands-on mentality and strong interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Fluent English and German language skills are required.
