Aufgaben:
  • Proaktive Vertriebsstrukturen für Neu- und Altkundenakquise aufbauen und verantworten
  • Potenziale NeukundInnen mittels fundierter Recherchen identifizieren und ansprechen
  • Entscheider in Unternehmen identifizieren und informieren über neue Service-Leistungen bzw. Produkte
  • Weiterverfolgung von Leads und Kampagnen, die durch das Marketing generiert wurden, und genaue Aufzeichnungen über alle Interaktionen und Aktivitäten im CRM-System
  • BioGenes auf Messen, Veranstaltungen und Partnering-Events präsentieren
  • Gezielte Verkaufsstrategien entwickeln basierend auf Verkaufs- und Erfolgskennzahlen zusammen mit unserem Business Development- und Projekt-Management-Team
  • Onboarding und Betreuung unserer weltweiten Distributoren und Ausbau des Netzwerkes

Das ist Ihr Profil:
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Biotechnologie, Biologie oder Biochemie mit Masterabschluss, Zusatzqualifikationen im Bereich Sales und Akquise von Vorteil
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb im Life-Science-Bereich und Erfahrung im strukturellen Vertrieb
  • Praxis im Umgang mit Leadgeneration Tools, in der Durchführung von Marktanalysen und dem Sammeln und Auswerten von verkaufsorientierten Kennzahlen
  • Kenntnisse der biotechnologischen / pharmazeutischen Industrie und Forschungslandschaft sowie Interesse an Trends und neuen Entwicklungsfeldern im Bereich Life Science
  • Verhandlungssicheres Englisch und Deutschkenntnisse (mind. B2-Niveau)
  • NetzwerkerIn und kommunikative Persönlichkeit mit der Fähigkeit, nationale und internationale Kontakte zu knüpfen und Menschen anzusprechen
  • Teamplayer mit Empathie und Verständnis für die Bedürfnisse der Kundschaft
