Named Account Manager - North Germany

As a key player in our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in driving new business opportunities and growing existing customer relationships. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute strategic account plans, leveraging your extensive network and expertise to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity will allow you to:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customer contacts, including Executive C-level decision-makers, to gain insight into their business imperatives and IT drivers.
  • Articulate the value proposition of Fortinet's technology to decision-makers, driving sales of our products and services through a consultative selling approach.
  • Research customers, identify decision-makers, and educate prospects to qualify buying interest and sense of urgency.
  • Create and implement strategic account plans to attain enterprise-wide deployments of Fortinet products and services.
  • Develop strategies to maximize sales volume within assigned accounts, effectively engaging and building cooperative relationships with System Engineers, Channel Managers, and specialist sales team and executives as required.
  • Drive quarterly business reviews with customers to ensure value from Fortinet investment.
  • Ensure customers are kept up to date with Fortinet product roadmaps, enabling them to plan and mitigate risks to their business.

Requirements

  • A proven track record of enterprise sales experience in hi-tech industry (preferably Cybersecurity and Networking) developing strategic customer relationships.
  • A consistent track record of quota (over) achievement and demonstrated both career stability and growth.
  • A highly motivated self-starter with a competitive personality, strong attention to detail, and a hunger to win.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills.
