Wir suchen einen motivierten Werkstudenten, der sich für die Kundenorientierung und die Gestaltung von Customer Journeys begeistert. Als Teil des Teams "Customer Experience" bei EOS Deutscher Inkasso-Dienst wirst du eine zentrale Rolle bei der Gestaltung von Kommunikationsstrategien und der Optimierung von Kundenkanälen spielen.

Aufgaben

Als Werkstudent wirst du folgende Aufgaben übernehmen:

  • Inhalte und Kommunikation: Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung und Gestaltung relevanter Inhalte für verschiedene Kundenkanäle und hilfst dabei, unsere Kommunikationsstrategien zu optimieren, um die Kundenerfahrung zu verbessern.
  • Customer Journey und Strategie: Du analysierst die Customer Journey über verschiedene Touchpoints und hilfst dabei, Strategien zu entwickeln, um die Kundenzufriedenheit und -bindung zu erhöhen.
  • Markt- und Wettbewerbsbeobachtung: Du beobachtest den Markt sowie unsere Wettbewerber und unterstützt das Team bei der Ableitung von Maßnahmen für unsere Marketing- und Kundenkommunikation.
  • Zusammenarbeit und Konsistenz: Du arbeitest eng mit verschiedenen Abteilungen zusammen, um eine konsistente und effektive Kundenerfahrung zu gewährleisten, und unterstützt bei Schulungen für Mitarbeitende in kundenorientierten Prozessen.
  • Monitoring und Reporting: Du hilfst bei der Überprüfung der Effektivität unserer Kommunikation anhand von Kennzahlen und Monitorings und unterstützt bei der Erstellung von Berichten sowie Präsentationen für das Team und das Management.
Profil

Wir suchen nach einem motivierten und engagierten Werkstudenten, der folgende Qualifikationen mitbringt:

  • Studiengang: Marketing, Kommunikation, Betriebswirtschaft oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich.
  • Erfahrung: Erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Customer Experience, Marketing oder Kommunikation sind von Vorteil, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich.
  • Kommunikationsfähigkeiten: Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, effektiv im Team zu arbeiten.
  • Teamplayer-Mindset: Teamplayer-Mindset mit hoher Eigeninitiative und Lernbereitschaft.
  • Deutschkenntnisse: Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
