Become a key player in our IT Operations division, overseeing and enhancing our advanced IT infrastructure from network to cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accountability: Oversee IT Service Management for first and second level support in cloud service delivery.
  • Process Improvement: Ensure the effectiveness of ITSM processes and contribute to the development of new initiatives and procedures.
  • Task Management: Independently track contract obligations and SLA commitments.
  • Documentation: Diligently complete and maintain records related to cloud services.
  • Collaborative Engagement: Work proactively with global IT infrastructure teams and service providers to guarantee contract compliance and superior service delivery.
Candidate Profile
  • Education: Degree in computer science, business informatics, or equivalent training (e.g., IT specialist with extensive practical experience).
  • Experience: Proven experience in service delivery; familiarity with IT governance and IT security management; experience collaborating with service providers.
  • Expertise: Strong knowledge of ITSM and ITIL (ITIL certification preferred); understanding of cloud environments (AWS and/or Azure); awareness of business workflow processes.
  • Language Skills: Proficient in English (minimum C1/C2); knowledge of German is a plus.
  • Personal Attributes: Goal-oriented and solution-focused team player, analytical mindset towards challenges, eagerness to engage with new technologies.
