Key Responsibilities

  • Accountability: Oversee IT Service Management for first and second level support in cloud service delivery.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the integrity of ITSM processes and actively participate in the rollout of new initiatives and methodologies.
  • Task Management: Independently track contractual obligations and SLA commitments.
  • Documentation: Diligently complete and update records related to cloud services.
  • Collaborative Engagement: Work proactively with global IT infrastructure teams and service providers to guarantee contract compliance and optimal service delivery.
Candidate Profile
  • Educational Background: Degree in computer science, business informatics, or equivalent training (e.g., IT specialist with substantial practical experience).
  • Professional Experience: Background in service delivery; familiarity with IT governance and IT security management; experience collaborating with service providers.
  • Technical Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of ITSM and ITIL (ITIL certification preferred); understanding of cloud environments (AWS and/or Azure); awareness of business workflow processes.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (minimum C1/C2); knowledge of German is a plus.
  • Personal Attributes: Goal-oriented and solution-focused mindset, analytical problem-solving skills, and a commitment to staying abreast of emerging technologies.
