IT Service Delivery Expert

Leadec Management Central Europe BV & Co. KG - Karriere is seeking a highly skilled IT Service Delivery Expert to join our global IT Operations team.

Your Responsibilities
  • IT Service Management: Take ownership of IT Service Management in the first/second level area for cloud service delivery.
  • Process Improvement: Ensure the quality of ITSM processes and contribute to the implementation of new topics and processes.
  • Contract Management: Independently monitor contract-related and SLA responsibilities.
  • Documentation: Complete and maintain documentation for cloud topics.
  • Collaboration: Proactively work with members of the global IT infrastructure and service providers to ensure contract fulfillment and optimal service delivery.
Your Profile
  • Education: Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, or comparable training.
  • Experience: Professional experience in service delivery, IT governance, and IT security management.
  • Know-How: Strong understanding of ITSM and ITIL, knowledge of cloud environments (AWS and/or Azure), and familiarity with business workflow processes.
  • Languages: Conversationally fluent English language skills required (min. C1/C2); German language skills are advantageous.
  • Personality: Goal-oriented, solution-focused, and analytical approach to challenges.
