Become a pivotal part of our IT Operations division, dedicated to managing and enhancing our advanced IT infrastructure from networking to cloud services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accountability: Oversee IT Service Management within the first and second level for cloud service delivery.
  • Enhancing Quality: Ensure the effectiveness of ITSM processes; assist in the rollout of new initiatives and methodologies.
  • Task Management: Independently track contractual obligations and SLA commitments.
  • Documentation: Accurately complete and maintain records related to cloud services.
  • Collaborative Efforts: Work proactively with global IT infrastructure teams and service providers to guarantee contract compliance and superior service delivery.
Candidate Profile
  • Educational Background: Degree in computer science, business informatics, or equivalent training (e.g., IT specialist with extensive practical experience).
  • Professional Experience: Background in service delivery; familiarity with IT governance and IT security management; experience collaborating with service providers.
  • Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of ITSM and ITIL (ITIL certification preferred); knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS and/or Azure); understanding of business workflow processes.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (minimum C1/C2); knowledge of German is a plus.
  • Personal Attributes: Goal-oriented and solution-focused mindset, analytical problem-solving skills, and a willingness to engage with emerging technologies.
