About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Inside Sales Executive to join our team at Cross Border Talents. As a German-Speaking Sales Professional, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by leveraging your expertise in technology sales and your ability to build strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans for your designated territory, leveraging your knowledge of the German market and technology sales.
  • Proactive Lead Generation: Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through lead generation, networking, and relationship building.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring accurate documentation of all sales activities.
  • Product Presentations and Demonstrations: Conduct compelling product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting the value and benefits of our advanced technology solutions.
  • Customer Service and Support: Deliver exceptional customer service, promptly addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues.
  • Sales Data Analysis: Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement.
  • Sales Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports to the management team.
  • Continuous Learning and Development: Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events to continuously enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Value-Based Selling: Drive a value-based selling approach with clients and channel partners to achieve sales targets.
Requirements
  • Native German Speaker: Native German speaker with C1 level English proficiency.
  • EU Citizenship: EU citizenship is required.
  • Proven Sales Experience: A minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience with a strong track record of success, including experience in technology sales.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Demonstrated experience in developing and executing sales strategies for specific territories.
  • Multi-Sales Cycle Management: Ability to manage multiple sales cycles simultaneously, from inception to closure, with a focus on achieving results.
  • Phone Presence and Outbound Calling: Strong phone presence and experience in proactive outbound calling.
  • Autonomy and Self-Motivation: Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and require minimal supervision.
  • Communication and Presentation Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills.
  • Value-Based Selling and CRM Experience: Expertise in value-based selling and working effectively with clients and channel partners, with experience using CRM systems.
