Position Overview:

The Inside Sales Executive will focus on strategically identifying new business opportunities, expanding engagement with our current client base, and ensuring that our customers derive maximum value from the NOW Platform. The ideal candidate will possess a proven history of generating new business leads, particularly through telephonic outreach in an Enterprise context.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to the Public Sector.
  • Achieve or surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Manage sales opportunities and cultivate business relationships via telephone with key stakeholders in Small, Mid-Market, and Commercial Accounts.
  • Understand the business drivers, challenges, and pain points of organizations and align ServiceNow solutions accordingly.
  • Proactively prospect within targeted sectors to create new opportunities and build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Adhere to the Value Selling methodology to secure new business, enhance existing accounts, and facilitate contract renewals.
  • Collaborate with a diverse team and coordinate necessary resources to advance the sales process, including Solution Consultants and Customer Service.
  • Provide timely and precise information to management, including forecasting and strategic account plans.
  • Work towards achieving daily, monthly, and quarterly KPIs such as new prospect meetings and pipeline generation.
  • Mentor colleagues and engage in collaborative projects to enhance team value.
  • Occasional travel for training and meetings may be necessary.
Qualifications:

Successful candidates will possess:

  • A solid track record in telesales, lead follow-up, cold calling, or new business sales.
  • 1-3+ years of comprehensive sales cycle experience in a software or solution sales environment.
  • Experience in selling enterprise-level solutions using telephone and video conferencing tools.
  • A deep understanding of the sales process and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles.
  • Familiarity with sales force automation, enterprise resource planning, or IT infrastructure management technologies is advantageous.
  • Strong presentation skills through web-based platforms.
  • Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication abilities.
  • Proven relationship-building skills to foster meaningful connections with customers and colleagues.
  • Dependability and persistence, particularly regarding attendance and meeting deadlines.
  • Fluency in both German and English.
