Key Responsibilities- Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Create and implement effective sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our presence in the German market.
- Proactive Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through lead generation, networking, and relationship building.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring accurate documentation of all sales activities.
- Product Presentations and Demonstrations: Conduct compelling product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting the value and benefits of our advanced technology solutions.
- Customer Service and Support: Deliver exceptional customer service, promptly addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues.
- Sales Data Analysis: Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports to the management team.
- Continuous Learning and Development: Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events to continuously enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Native German Speaker: Fluency in German language is required, with C1 level English proficiency.
- EU Citizenship: EU citizenship is required.
- Proven Sales Experience: A minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience with a strong track record of success, including experience in technology sales.
- Sales Strategy Development: Demonstrated experience in developing and executing sales strategies for specific territories.
- Phone Presence and Outbound Calling: Strong phone presence and experience in proactive outbound calling.
- Autonomy and Self-Motivation: Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and require minimal supervision.
- Communication and Presentation Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills.
- Value-Based Selling: Expertise in value-based selling and working effectively with clients and channel partners.
- CRM Experience: Experience with CRM systems is highly preferred.
- Hybrid Work Model: Work from our Munich office 2 days per week, and from home 3 days per week.
