**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Processing and documenting customer complaints and internal error reports in accordance with ISO 13485 and relevant national and international regulations.
  • Conducting root cause analyses of reported complaints and errors.
  • Performing disinfection and damage analysis of returned medical devices in our internal laboratory.
  • Participating in quality testing, including creating test reports and analysis documents for our customers.
  • Reviewing and evaluating supplier 8D reports.
  • Supporting the implementation and documentation of corrective and preventive measures, process, and product optimizations.
  • Collaborating with relevant departments (CS/PM/R&D), customers, and suppliers.
  • Active participation in regular risk assessments and individual risk evaluations.
  • Researching and implementing bookings in the ERP system Navision.
  • Supporting the preparation, execution, and follow-up of external and internal audits.
  • Participating in and moderating meetings and status reports, particularly with PRRC.
  • Participating in project teams.
  • Supporting the maintenance of complaint-related documents in the document management system.
  • Creating reports, simple statistics, reports, and analyses of performance indicators (KPIs).

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A completed education in the field of IT or at least 2 years of professional experience.
  • High process orientation and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Passion and enthusiasm for new technologies, as well as a willingness to learn.
  • Experience in customer support in the field of remote and on-site support.
  • Good German and English language skills in writing and speaking.
  • A team player with reliable, independent, customer-oriented, and result-oriented work habits.
