Medi-Globe Group is a dynamic and expanding medical technology enterprise specializing in urology and gastroenterology. We are in search of a full-time Quality Assurance Specialist to enhance our operations in Achenmühle, Rosenheim / Oberbayern. The key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Managing and documenting customer feedback and internal incident reports
  • Performing root cause analysis on reported issues and incidents
  • Cleaning and evaluating returned medical devices in our internal laboratory
  • Engaging in quality assessments and generating test reports for clients
  • Reviewing and assessing supplier 8D reports
  • Assisting in the implementation of corrective and preventive measures, as well as process and product enhancements
  • Collaborating with diverse departments, clients, and suppliers
  • Participating in risk evaluations and controls
  • Updating records in the ERP system Navision
  • Supporting audits, meetings, and project initiatives
  • Preparing reports, statistics, and performance evaluations

Qualifications:

  • IT background or a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Strong analytical skills and enthusiasm for emerging technologies
  • Experience in user support, both remotely and on-site
  • Proficiency in both German and English
  • Team-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction
