IHRE HERAUSFORDERUNG:

Bearbeitung und Dokumentation von Kundenreklamationen und firmeninterner Fehlermeldungen (nach ISO 13485, geltender nationaler & internationaler Gesetzte und MDSAP) Root Cause Analyse der gemeldeten Reklamationen und Fehlermeldungen Desinfektion und Schadensanalyse retournierter Medizinprodukte im internen Labor Mitwirkung bei der Durchführung von Qualitätstest inkl. Erstellung von Prüfberichten und Analyseschreiben für unsere Kunden Prüfung und Bewertung von Lieferanten 8D-Reporten Unterstützung bei der Implementierung und Dokumentation geeigneter Korrektur- und Vorbeugemaßnahmen, Prozess- und Produktoptimierungen Kooperation mit den jeweiligen Fachabteilungen (insbesondere CS/PM/R&D), sowie Kunden und Lieferanten Aktives Mitglied der regelmäßigen Risikokontrollen und Einzelrisikobewertungen Recherche und Umsetzung von Buchungen im ERP-System Navision Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung von externen, sowie internen Audits Teilnahme und Moderation von Meetings und Status Reports insbesondere mit PRRC Mitwirkung in Projektteams Unterstützung bei der Pflege reklamationsrelevanter Dokumente im Dokumentenmanagementsystem Erstellung von Berichten, einfachen Statistiken, Reports und Analysen der Leistungskennzahlen (KPI)

IHRE QUALIFIKATION:

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich IT oder mind 2. Jahre Berufspraxis Hohe Prozessorientierung und kreative Problemlösekompetenz Leidenschaft und Begeisterung für neue Technologien, sowie Lernbereitschaft Erfahrungen in der Anwenderbetreuung im Bereich Remote- und On-site-support Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Teamplayer*in mit zuverlässiger, selbstständiger, kunden- und ergebnisorientierter Arbeitsweise
