KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Designing, developing, and executing strategies for internal communication
  • Collaborating on and improving the Intranet / Employee App powered by Staffbase
  • Coordinating internal communication initiatives across various Schattdecor locations worldwide
  • Producing and composing written content
  • Assisting in press and public relations activities
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Degree in Communications, Media Studies, Journalism, or a related field
  • Proven experience in internal communication within agency or corporate environments
  • Exceptional writing skills, a passion for content creation, and proficiency in conceptual development
  • A collaborative team player with strong social and intercultural competencies
  • Open-minded and empathetic with proactive and effective communication skills
  • Familiarity with Staffbase is advantageous
  • Proficient in both German and English
