**Your Responsibilities**

  • Process and document customer complaints and internal error reports (in accordance with ISO 13485, applicable national and international regulations, and MDSAP)
  • Perform root cause analysis of reported complaints and errors
  • Disinfect and analyze returned medical devices in our internal laboratory
  • Participate in quality testing, including the creation of test reports and analysis reports for our customers
  • Review and evaluate supplier 8D reports
  • Support the implementation and documentation of corrective and preventive measures, process, and product optimizations
  • Collaborate with relevant departments (especially CS/PM/R&D), customers, and suppliers
  • Active member of regular risk control and individual risk assessments
  • Research and implement bookings in the ERP system Navision
  • Support the preparation, execution, and follow-up of external and internal audits
  • Participate in and moderate meetings and status reports, especially with PRRC
  • Contribute to project teams
  • Support the maintenance of complaint-related documents in the document management system
  • Create reports, simple statistics, reports, and analyses of performance indicators (KPI)

**Your Qualifications**

  • Completed education in the field of IT or at least 2 years of professional experience
  • High process orientation and creative problem-solving skills
  • Passion and enthusiasm for new technologies, as well as a willingness to learn
  • Experience in customer support in the field of remote and on-site support
  • Good German and English language skills in writing and speaking
  • Team player with reliable, independent, customer-oriented, and result-oriented work style
