Strategic Account Manager Sales B2B (m/w/d) with Leadership Qualities
- You are responsible for the conception, coordination, control, and monitoring of sales activities, as well as the optimization of existing and the creation of new sales concepts.
- In addition, you are responsible for acquiring, expanding, and maintaining customers.
- You will also drive the expansion of our new location actively and contribute to the further development of our sales team.
- You are responsible for the results of sales and revenue, as well as strategic goals.
- As an interface, you will regularly report to our Head of Sales Germany and support him strategically.
- In the medium term, you will expand and develop the location – through the acquisition and leadership of employees.
- You bring a successfully completed degree with you, or alternatively, a vocational training with relevant experience in a comparable position.
- You have already accumulated several years of experience in sales, preferably in the B2B field, and possess a high affinity for numbers and IT products.
- It would be ideal if you had initial leadership experience.
- A structured, solution-oriented, and independent way of working is self-evident for you.
- You are an open-minded person, possess a high sales and customer orientation, as well as excellent communication skills and a high level of self-motivation.
- Fluent German language skills in writing and speaking, as well as a valid driver's license (class B) complete your profile.
