About the Role:

Videojet Technologies is seeking an experienced Strategic Account Manager to join our team and drive sales growth with international FMCG and large manufacturing companies across Germany.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to grow existing accounts and win new customers
  • Understand customer requirements and propose solutions at all levels, including equipment, finance, and service agreements
  • Travel 3-4 days a week across Germany to visit with existing and potential customers
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve strategic goals
  • Utilize competitor and market analysis to inform sales decisions

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in new business sales-hunting as a Strategic Account Manager, ideally in Multinational Corporations selling into FMCG/manufacturing environments
  • Excellent communication and teamworking skills, with fluency in German and English
  • Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills, with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience working in a KPI-focused environment with CRM tools
  • Flexibility to travel widely across Germany and be away from home overnight 4-5 times a month
