Key Responsibilities- Manage the sales process, including lead generation, qualification, and closure
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with engineering leaders and decision-makers
- Collaborate with the Pre-Sales and Customer Success Teams to create outstanding customer experiences
- Develop strategic account mapping to achieve sustainable growth in key accounts
- Fluency in German and English
- At least 5+ years of experience in selling software to engineering organizations
- Experience in strategic account planning and identifying new business opportunities
- Strong understanding of complex sales cycles and ability to define specific solutions with added value
- Confident communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to lead complex sales discussions with C-level executives
