Customer Service Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at DNV in Hamburg, Germany.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for securing contracts with our existing customers, including:
- Managing a permanently assigned international customer base
- Implementing certification processes on schedule and smoothly
- Preparing and following up on certification audits, including travel planning and booking
- Acting as a contact person for customers, auditors, and technical experts
- Creating certificates and performing administrative tasks
As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will be part of our Customer Service Team and report to the Customer Service Manager. You will work in a forward-thinking environment with high professional standards and a sustainable approach.

The successful candidate will have:
- Professional experience in the medical devices industry, either in certification or at a manufacturer
- Excellent customer service skills, with a positive and service-minded attitude
- Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience with MS Office applications and an interest in working in an IT environment
- Fluent English and German language skills
- Bachelor's degree, an asset
