Customer Service Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at DNV in Hamburg, Germany.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for securing contracts with our existing customers, including:

  • Managing a permanently assigned international customer base
  • Implementing certification processes on schedule and smoothly
  • Preparing and following up on certification audits, including travel planning and booking
  • Providing customer support, auditor, and technical expert liaison services
  • Creating certificates and performing administrative tasks

As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will be part of our Customer Service Team and report to the Customer Service Manager. Our high professional standards and sustainable approach ensure a forward-thinking work environment, with opportunities for continued development.

Requirements:

  • Professional experience in medical devices, gained in certification or at a manufacturer
  • Service-minded, customer-oriented, positive, and high sense of ownership

  • Ability and interest to work within an IT environment
  • Experienced in handling MS Office applications
  • Fluent English and German
  • Bachelor's degree will be an asset
