Sales Manager for Industrial Packaging in Germany

Your Role
Cultivate and manage customer relationships: engage with clients, develop partnerships, and negotiate advantageous contracts. Formulate and implement sales strategies: identify and realize sales opportunities, target key markets and clients within a specified region, and oversee strategy execution. Establish pricing structures and strategies. Oversee all administrative functions between clients and the internal team; collaborate closely with Customer Service and Key Account Management. Work alongside colleagues in Marketing, Product Management, Application Engineering, and R&D to continuously enhance our offerings and boost sales; manage local marketing initiatives, participate in trade shows, client events, and internal sales gatherings. Keep precise and detailed records as required by the business.Your Qualifications
Relevant academic degree. Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, ideally within a related sector (chemicals, packaging, plastics, and films). Strong understanding of Key Account Management and a solid grasp of sales strategy formulation and execution. Experience in B2B and B2C sales of technical products. Proficient in German and English, with a deep understanding of local customs and practices, enabling the establishment of trustworthy customer relationships. Exceptional negotiation skills, along with strong analytical and technical capabilities and problem-solving expertise. Familiarity with customer management processes and tools. Willingness to travel extensively within the designated territory.What We Offer
