Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team at RKW Group. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, developing and executing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product Management, and Application Engineering, to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales performance, and market trends
  • Travel extensively within assigned territory to meet with customers and prospects

Requirements

  • Relevant university degree in a related field
  • At least 5 years of work experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a related industry (chemicals, packaging, plastics, and films)
  • Strong knowledge of Key Account Management and sales strategy development and implementation
  • Fluent in German and English, with deep familiarity with local customs and habits
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, as well as problem-solving abilities
  • Good knowledge of customer management processes and tools
